If you are not satisfied with savingface software purchased directly from savingface-software (O.G.I. Consulting Inc.), contact us within 10 days of your purchase to receive a refund.

Refunds requested more than 10 days after your initial purchase date will not be issued unless the transaction was subject to a fraudulent purchase.

If you are issued a refund, it should appear on your credit card statement within 48 hours.

Upon receiving your refund you must uninstall or stop using any software products for which you no longer posses a valid, purchased license.

O.G.I. Consulting Inc. reserves the right to disable any product keys and/or serial numbers issued to you for the refunded products.

The savingface software refund policy applies only to software purchased directly from savingface software.

If your software was purchased through a 3rd party, it must be returned to the 3rd party and is subject to the return policies of that vendor.
